How to reset your password (for visitors)

Learn how to reset your password and create a new one

If you've forgotten your password, you can enter your email address at https://my.wel-co.me/forgot-password and clicking the "Forgot your password?" button.

This will send an email to your inbox from which you can reset your password.

Your password must be 8 characters or more and contain one lowercase, one uppercase, one digit & one special character. The symbol character should be something like these * ! % and not . _ or )The email will be valid for 30mins, after this time please start the reset process again. If you do not find the email in your inbox, please check your spam box for app@wel-co.me as it can sometimes ends up in there.
