Click on the 'Venue' tab on the top of the screen.
Click on the 'Embed' button located next to the 'Edit' button

Click on 'Copy to Clipboard' on the bottom right.

In your content management system, open up your HTML viewer.
Paste the HTML snippet you just copied into your HTML viewer window. Then click 'OK' or 'Save'.

If you've forgotten your password, you can enter your email address at https://app.wel-co.me/forgot-password and clicking the "Forgot your password?" button.

This will send an email to your inbox from which you can reset your password.

Open the browser and go to https://app.wel-co.me/venue-onboard
Add the name of your venue as you would like it displayed on WelcoMe.

To help your visitors find you on the map, add the postcode of your venue, click on 'find address' and select the address from the drop down list. If you can't find your address click on 'enter address manually'

Enter the name, email and phone number of the main admin who will be looking after this account. More venue admins and venue users can be added later. Find further info HERE

Agree to the Terms of Service by ticking the box. We take your privacy very seriously. We will never share your details with any 3rd party. You can read more in our Privacy Policy. Click on 'Sign Up'

As a user of a WelcoMe account, you have your own login details and this account can give you access to a venue/s depending on your permissions settings.

${color}[#ec004e](Organisation Admin) - As an org admin you will access to all the venues listed in your organisation, here you will be able to view & edit all venues listed, view any upcoming visits by users and accept or decline any visits on behalf of each venue.
${color}[#ec004e](Venue Admin) - As a venue admin, you will access to one venue, here you will be able to view & edit all venue related information, view any upcoming visits by users and accept or decline any visits.
${color}[#ec004e](Venue User) - As a venue user, you will access to one venue, here you will be able to view any upcoming visits by users and accept or decline any visits.

When logged in to WelcoMe, you can change your login details by hovering over the profile icon on the top right and clicking Edit login details. Enter your email address, your old password, your new password and click save changes.

If you require to add new users or delete old ones, please reach out to our support team who can assist with any changes.

The user is invited to create a new password which will enable them to login to the platform at app.wel-co.me.

Enter your email and password. Click on the 'Login' button

If you don’t remember your password, click on 'forgot password'. Enter your email address and we will send an email to your inbox from which you can reset your password.
