Editing the Venue details

Click on the Venue Tab across top of the screen

This page will give information about the venue, contact details, web address, venue location and opening times. In the top section (About this Venue) you will see a section for General Information here you can write about the venue – this can be constantly edited/updated if needed

If you need to edit any information, click on the edit button, highlighted pink. Once in editing mode the screen show boxes around the areas that can be changed:

If you click along the tabs in the Venue section it will show you venue access, users and integrations and feedback. These all can be edit by using the same method as the above:

Venue Access Details

On the venue access page you can add accessibility details and information about your venue including any questions for visitors.

Once you have finished editing you can click save and the screen will then show the new amendments

To get started login to the platform here

As an Venue admin or User you will arrive at the Home screen as shown below.

Home Screen

In this section you will see

pending visit request (Visitor Requiring Action) section. Here can click on the request which will then take you visit details including the users information and accessibility requirements. Visits will be flagged as pending (new visits) or arrived (the visitor has arrived at your venue).
planned visits which includes any upcoming visits which have been actioned.
cancelled/declined visits which includes any visits which have been cancelled by the visitor or you have declined.
in person visits which includes any visitors details that have been added by a colleague who would like to use WelcoMe for an upcoming visit either in person or via phone.

When you click on a pending visit you will see the user screen as shown below

At this stage you can either accept or decline visit. If you accept the visit a notification will be sent to the customer, and you will also get a message on the screen to say ‘we will let you know when visitor arrives’ The customer will receive an email from WelcoMe with an arrival button link that they will

Login to the platform https://app.wel-co.me.
Click on the 'Venue' tab on the top of the screen.
Click on the 'Embed' button located next to the 'Edit' button

Click on 'Copy to Clipboard' on the bottom right.

In your content management system, open up your HTML viewer.
Paste the HTML snippet you just copied into your HTML viewer window. Then click 'OK' or 'Save'.

Finished! You have now embedded the widget code onto your website! 🎉

If you've forgotten your password, you can enter your email address at https://app.wel-co.me/forgot-password and clicking the "Forgot your password?" button.

This will send an email to your inbox from which you can reset your password.

If customers are not aware that they can have an enhanced experience with you they have no way to request one and your teams do not benefit from the training.

Open the browser and go to https://app.wel-co.me. You can also go to http://www.wel-co.me and click on ‘Venue Login’ on the top right-hand side of the screen.

Enter your email and password. Click on the 'Login' button

If you don’t remember your password, click on 'forgot password'. Enter your email address and we will send an email to your inbox from which you can reset your password.
