How to add more logins (Org Admin, Venue Admin, Venue Users)?

New venue Org Admin, Venue Admin and Venue Users



If you require to add new users or delete old ones, please reach out to our support team support@wel-co.me who can assist with any changes.

You will need to provide us with the email addresses and telephone/mobile number is the would like to receive phone/sms notifications.

The user is invited to create a new password which will enable them to login to the platform at https://app.wel-co.me.

Organisation Admin - As an org admin you will access to all the venues listed in your organisation, here you will be able to view & edit all venues listed, view any upcoming visits by users and accept or decline any visits on behalf of each venue.

Venue Admin - As a venue admin, you will access to one venue, here you will be able to view & edit all venue related information, view any upcoming visits by users and accept or decline any visits.

Venue User - As a venue user, you will access to one venue, here you will be able to view any upcoming visits by users and accept or decline any visits.
